• Cancelling or rescheduling an appointment more than 24 hours in advance is free of charge

• Rescheduling an appointment less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a £25 re-booking fee

• Cancelling an appointment less than 24 hours in advance will be charged at the full appointment price

• Missed appointments will be charged at the full appointment price

• Charges will be processed to the credit/debit card used to book your appointment

• Failed charges will be followed up with you directly to make payment online

• Unpaid charges will result in further action being taken against you via small claims court

• If you are late for your appointment we may not be able to continue the session beyond your allotted appointment time but you will still be charged for the full value of the appointment booked.

We really don't want to charge you for appointments that you haven't attended but our time is valuable and we must protect ourselves.  We appreciate that sometimes things come up at the last minute which are unavoidable or you wake up feeling sick on the day of your appointment which you can't do anything about.  We just kindly ask that you communicate with us in good time where you have to change your appointment so we can assist you with that process.
