If you ride mountain bikes or BMX, ski or snowboard, skateboard or roller skate then you know that accidents happen and injuries are sometimes inevitable.  This is especially the case when you're pushing yourself to learn a new trick, clear that gap or just at the end of a great session when you're tired and fatigued.

If you've had an injury from a fall, impact or twist then you've probably had to take time off from the sports and activities you love until you've recovered enough to get back out there... and we all know that doesn't mean you were fully recovered, but just enough to get back to doing what you love as soon as possible!

We know, because we've done that too!

With experience of helping people of all ages recover from pains, niggles and injuries the MOUNTAIN SPORTS THERAPY team are here to help you get back to what you love doing the most, as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Even better than that, we know how to help you help yourself to get into the best condition possible to participate or compete at the highest levels you can. We can provide customised training plans to strengthen your weaknesses, improve your mobility and make you more resilient to common injuries so you can develop and maintain your best physical self for your sports of choice.

Although we love mountains sports and action sports, we have lots of experience of helping people who enjoy the more common sports like running, road cycling or team sports like football, rugby etc. Even if you don't really play sports but are sore from something you've done in the gym or just from day to day life, we're here to help you overcome it and leave that problem in the past!
